Job Description:

  • Oversees the development and implementation of new programs and services, driving innovation through technology and information systems.
  • Engages with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the service line.
  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of service line programs using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provides leadership and direction to service line staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Manages the financial performance of service line programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Participates in organizational leadership meetings and committees to represent the service line and contribute to overall organizational strategy.
  • Develops and implements strategic plans for service line programs to align with organizational goals.
  • Leads the development and execution of clinical programs and initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Manages the operational deployment of service line programs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
