Job Description: - Oversees the development and implementation of new programs and services, driving innovation through technology and information systems.
- Engages with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the service line.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of service line programs using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Provides leadership and direction to service line staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Manages the financial performance of service line programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Participates in organizational leadership meetings and committees to represent the service line and contribute to overall organizational strategy.
- Develops and implements strategic plans for service line programs to align with organizational goals.
- Leads the development and execution of clinical programs and initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Manages the operational deployment of service line programs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: - Bachelor's [Required]

Pay Range:$110,702.15 - $205,911.28
