Job Summary

Position Summary

The Executive Chef with Eurest oversees all culinary operations for a dining account, leading kitchen staff while ensuring high standards in food quality, safety, and sanitation. This role is responsible for menu development, cost control, inventory management, and execution of culinary programs. The Executive Chef partners with operations and marketing teams to deliver innovative, high-quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Leadership
  • Lead, train, and develop culinary associates to deliver consistent, high-quality food
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment

Menu & Program Development
  • Plan, develop, and execute menus aligned with client expectations and Eurest standards
  • Roll out new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary teams

Financial & Operational Management
  • Manage food, labor, and operational costs to meet budget targets
  • Monitor and control expenditures for the account
  • Purchase and manage inventory to ensure efficiency and minimize waste
