DescriptionProvides strategic counsel to VP of Culinary & Retail Division. Supports alignment of organizational priorities, ensures execution of key initiatives, and enhances VP's effectiveness by managing information flow, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration. Acts as a liaison between VP, President's Council, and division departments, translating strategy into action and supporting operational excellence.
Essential Functions:- Collaborates with VP to define priorities, set goals, and ensure initiatives align with organizational strategy.
- Anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities, and provides recommendations to enhance leadership impact and organizational outcomes.
- Manages and prioritizes VP's requests, decisions, and meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tracks and drives execution of high-priority projects, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to remove obstacles and achieve results.
- Identifies, implements, and monitors process enhancements to optimize executive operations and support informed decision-making.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A proven track record in management, including exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A working knowledge of the Polynesian Cultural Center and an understanding of both state and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Able to speak, read, and write fluently and professionally in English. Fluency in a foreign language is desirable but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:- A proven history of successfully managing a diverse team of professional/management level individuals.
- Master's degree in a related field.
Work Schedule:To Be Determined (40 Hours per week)
