Full Job Description
Early-stage, well-funded AI gaming startup based in San Francisco is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Founder & CEO. This is a unique opportunity to be the first EA to a sharp and fast-moving founder at a company redefining gaming. In this role, you'll own calendar and scheduling management, meeting prep and follow-through, travel and personal logistics, and light vendor and expense support, working alongside an internal AI agent stack that handles first-pass inbox and calendar mechanics so your focus stays on judgment. Someone who is extremely organized, a fast and clear writer, and discreet by nature. Someone who is genuinely energized by working alongside AI tools daily, low-ego, direct, and able to close loops quickly and effectively. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with the flexibility to operate in a fast-paced, always-on environment. 135-155K DOE + equity, medical/dental/vision.
Responsibilities
• Own and steward the CEO's calendar and inbox outcomes, prioritizing what needs his attention and making the judgment calls the automation can't.
• Coordinate high-context scheduling with investors, candidates, partners, and the broader team.
• Manage end-to-end travel planning and personal logistics that keep the founder operating smoothly.
• Prepare briefing materials ahead of meetings and ensure follow-through and closure on action items after.
• Support light vendor management and expense processing in partnership with the finance function.
• Partner closely with the company's internal AI agent stack, directing and refining its output rather than working around it.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or C-suite executive directly, ideally at an early-stage startup.
• Exceptional organizational skills and extremely clear, fast written communication.
• Genuinely comfortable using AI tools daily, with the instinct to treat them as leverage rather than a threat.
• Low-ego, direct, and calm under pace, with the ability to close loops without being chased.
• Strong judgment on what warrants escalation versus independent action, with a bias toward speed.
• Discreet by default, given regular exposure to fundraising, hiring, and personal matters.
• Comfortable in an environment where responsiveness, not fixed hours, is the measure of success.
*Please Note: Your application will be considered for all open positions. You do not need to apply for multiple roles.
