Full Job Description
The role, in a nutshell:

We're looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Business Partner to support our CEO. This hybrid role is built for someone who thrives on variety: the majority of your time will be spent as a true thought partner and force multiplier for the CEO, managing day-to-day needs so they can focus on leading the company. You'll also provide calendar and administrative support to our VP, People; assist with select personal tasks so the CEO's time is spent where it matters most; and, in the short term, help run our New York City office. This role suits someone equally comfortable driving executive priorities, managing complex logistics, and supporting day-to-day office operations. You'll report to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, rounding out the support functions for the CEO's office.

What you'll do:

Executive Business Partnership - CEO (~50%)
  • Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing time against what matters most
  • Prepare the CEO for meetings with agendas, background materials, and key talking points
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and communications on the CEO's behalf
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal teams and external partners
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Manage expense reporting and other administrative processes

Support to VP, People (~15%)
  • Manage calendar scheduling and prioritization for the VP, People
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including meeting preparation, correspondence, and travel coordination as needed

Personal Assistance to the CEO (~15%)
  • Manage select personal appointments, errands, and scheduling needs
  • Coordinate personal travel arrangements and reservations
  • Assist with household or family logistics as needed and requested
  • Handle ad hoc personal projects with discretion and professionalism

Office Management - New York City (~20%)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on office procedures, amenities, and day-to-day operations
  • Maintain the NYC office environment in partnership with the Culture team
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for in-office meetings and events, including catering and setup
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives in the office

What we're looking for
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or Chief of Staff
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A high degree of discretion, judgment, and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across strategic support, office logistics, and personal assistance
  • Based in or able to work on-site in New York City
  • Willing to travel to Connecticut 1-2 times per week as needed
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to a broad and varied scope of work

Why this role

Our CEO needs a partner who can be fully relied on - someone who keeps professional and personal priorities running smoothly and creates the space needed to lead the company effectively. At the same time, our VP of People requires dedicated calendar and administrative support as the team scales, and our growing New York City office needs steady, consistent support during this period of growth. This role sits at the center of all three, offering a high-trust vantage point across executive leadership, People Operations, and office operations, with meaningful variety in scope from week to week.

Base Salary Range

$128,000-$150,000 USD

  • 100% Covered Health Insurance: We cover 100% of your health, vision and dental insurance premiums for you and your dependents. Nothing comes out of your paycheck.
  • ∞ Flexible Time Off: Take the time you need - to do our best work, we need to recharge and reset.
