What You'll Be Doing
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to Stifel's General Counsel. The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day to day business of the office and is expected to carry out multiple administrative duties and provides exemplary communication between the executive office, management and their clients.
What We're Looking For
- Provide administrative support to the Executive office and or Sr. Management level personnel; prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Receive, interact and arrange travel for incoming Brokers and Management on a daily bases.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for Sr. Management.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Interact with external clients
- Coordinate project-based work
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
What You'll Bring
- Understanding and knowledge of the financial services industry.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical principles regarding data and information obtained as part of their professional duties.
- Excellent conceptualization, presentation and communication skills to effectively execute change.
- Able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines; is able to follow through and accomplish goals, manage expectations appropriately and use firm's resources efficiently.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Associate's degree or combination of education & experience.
- Minimum Required: 3+ years' experience in office admin function.
Licenses & Credentials
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Compensation RangeSalary: USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
