What You'll Do:- Serve as a trusted partner to Sierra's Head of Product & Agent Development, supporting a rapidly growing product, engineering, and design organization.
- Proactively manage the leader's complex calendar, meetings, and travel, coordinating with direct reports, the broader leadership team, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel across EMEA and APAC time zones, with careful attention to itineraries, agendas, logistics, and preparation.
- Anticipate needs, surface potential conflicts, and independently resolve issues when priorities change or timely guidance is unavailable.
- Prepare the leader for meetings with relevant briefing materials, organizational context, and clearly defined priorities.
- Manage logistics for recruiting events, customer meetings, external speaking engagements, and other occasions when the leader represents Sierra.
- Draft internal and external correspondence, serving as a credible and professional representative of the Product & Agent Development organization.
- Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants and cross-functional partners across Sierra to coordinate priorities and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Plan and execute leadership meetings, team off-sites, trainings, and operating rhythms tied to team operations.
- Establish and continuously improve administrative systems and processes that support a rapidly scaling organization.
What You'll Bring:- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, including direct support of C-suite executives leading complex or global organizations.
- Experience supporting product, engineering, or technology executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating frequent international travel and meetings across EMEA and APAC time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale administrative systems in an evolving organization.
- Proven ability to operate independently, read between the lines, and make sound judgment calls on behalf of leadership.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset, with a commitment to delivering polished and seamless executive support.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to shift priorities quickly while staying ahead of the leader's needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, board members, customers, and external stakeholders.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack, along with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in San Francisco four days per week, with flexibility to accommodate global meetings and changing business needs.
