Full Job Description
Your Role
  • Reporting to the President, Global Distribution, this role provides high-level executive administrative support, serving as a trusted point of contact and helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The position manages priorities, coordinates communication, supports scheduling and day-to-day business needs, and handles sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.


Your Role Accountabilities
  • Provides high-level administrative support to the President, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reports, office supplies, and day-to-day office operations.
  • Serves as a key point of contact for the President's office; manages a high volume of incoming communications, screens and redirects inquiries, drafts correspondence and emails, and ensures timely follow-up on priority matters.
  • Coordinates meetings, agendas, materials, reports, matrices, and presentations, ensuring information is organized, accurate, and prepared in advance for executive review.
  • Partners closely with Theatrical Distribution management and internal teams to coordinate interdepartmental projects, track follow-ups, and support ongoing business needs.
  • Maintains awareness of domestic theatrical distribution priorities, industry practices, trends, and developments to help anticipate executive needs and support informed decision-making.
  • Provides targeted reporting, research, and analytical support by organizing financial, operational, and industry information; preparing summaries and materials; and coordinating follow-ups with executives and team members.
  • Supports the President and Distribution Senior Leadership Team by preparing materials, coordinating priorities, and helping manage business operations related to feature-film releases.
  • Assists with tracking, compiling, and summarizing key industry and exhibition company information, including financial and operational updates, for executive reference.
  • Prepares polished PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, briefing materials, and executive-ready documents that clearly communicate relevant updates, findings, and recommendations.
  • Maintains organized files, reports, archives, email folders, and shared materials using Microsoft Office applications, OneDrive, and Outlook, ensuring information is accessible, current, and handled securely.


Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
  • At least 3+ years of administrative experience supporting a high-level executive
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills required.
  • Strong administrative, analytical, quantitative, and strategic-thinking skills required.
  • Previous studio experience preferred with theatrical distribution strongly preferred
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear and concise communication
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as needed
  • General Office Activities - Walking, Talking, Standing, Sitting, Typing, and etc.
