Position Summary:

Grayscale is seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to 2-3 members of our Leadership Team. This role is essential to helping our executives operate at their best by ensuring calendars, travel, and day-to-day priorities run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in being an overly helpful partner to the leaders they support.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings, resolving conflicts, and anticipating needs so leaders are fully prepared.
  • Arrange and oversee all aspects of domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and last-minute adjustments.
  • Prepare, track, and reconcile expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate important internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, participants, and follow-ups are handled seamlessly.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of executives.
  • Monitor deadlines, action items, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Serve as a proactive partner to executives by helping them prioritize time, stay aligned on key objectives, and focus on what matters most.
  • Support team events, offsites, and leadership initiatives with logistical and administrative execution.
  • Partner with other Executive Assistants across the firm to ensure consistent coverage, smooth handoffs, and cross-team collaboration.

Prior Experience/Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of experience supporting C-level executives (financial services or high-growth company experience strongly preferred).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Concur) is a plus.
