This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

We are currently hiring an Executive Assistant who has excellent administrative and customer service skills, and a proactive approach. You will thrive in an innovative environment, displaying strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and exceptional communication capabilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Sales, Marketing and Strategy department as well as key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Executive Support: Collaborate closely with senior management by meticulously managing calendars, resolving conflicts, and aligning schedules with priorities.
  • Central Point of Contact: Serve as the hub for the team, providing essential support and coordination. Utilize your interpersonal skills, relationship-building knack, and writing strengths.
  • Multitasking: Efficiently juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Project Coordination: Manage cross-departmental projects to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines. Track project milestones and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.
  • Calendar Management: Oversee and plan active calendars, ensuring schedules are followed and potential conflicts are identified and resolved.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile necessary documents for travel-related meetings and prepare expense reports.


Qualifications:
  • 7+ years demonstrated ability of senior level leadership support experience.
  • Proficient in software tools including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Power Point), JIRA, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.


Base Pay Range for:
WA applicants is $41.15 - $57.60

Other site ranges may differ
