As DDN continues its rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for exceptional Executive Assistants who can support and enable our Senior Leadership Team to operate at their best. This is a high-impact role where you will play a critical part in driving efficiency, alignment, and success across the leadership organisation.

The position combines executive support, coordination of leadership activities, event planning, and operational support, acting as a key enabler for leadership alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for members of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
  • Ensure leaders are fully prepared for meetings with appropriate briefing materials


Leadership Coordination
  • Support the organization and logistics of leadership meetings, including agenda creation, documentation, and follow-up tracking
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants and business support teams to ensure alignment across functions
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders


Event and Engagement Management
  • Plan and coordinate leadership events, offsites, town halls, and engagement initiatives
  • Manage logistics including venue coordination, virtual platforms, communications, and materials
  • Support initiatives that enhance communication, engagement, and organizational culture


Operational Support
  • Assist with the execution and tracking of key initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Maintain organized documentation, records, and systems to support efficient operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
