Our goal is to create a seamless technology experience that empowers every associate to do their best work.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Partner with the leaders of four Corporate Technology teams to coordinate annual projects, operational priorities, tasks, and key initiatives.
  • Provide end-to-end project management support, including planning, scope definition, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue identification, status reporting, and follow-through.
  • Gather, clarify, and document business needs; translate requirements into organized plans and actionable work for technical teams and business partners.
  • Maintain clear portfolio visibility by tracking priorities, decisions, owners, delivery dates, risks, blockers, and next steps.
  • Support the management of capital projects by monitoring progress, forecasts, budgets, purchase activity, and other financial details in partnership with project owners and finance partners.
  • Identify potential budget, schedule, scope, or delivery concerns early and work with leaders to develop practical mitigation plans.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies across two teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and related team working sessions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Digital & Technology teams, ensuring dependencies, handoffs, sequencing, and stakeholder expectations are understood.
  • Prepare concise project updates, meeting agendas, decision records, action logs, and leadership-ready communications.
  • Create and improve repeatable processes, templates, reporting methods, and ways of working that increase consistency without adding unnecessary overhead.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to assist the team and step into emerging needs that support successful delivery.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and balance strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and changing business needs.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, including backlog management and the development of epics, spikes, stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong organizational and process-management skills, with a methodical approach to tracking commitments, decisions, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • A collaborative and positive approach, with confidence building relationships and connecting with new partners across the organization.
  • Adaptability and sound judgment, including a willingness to think creatively and step outside established norms when a more effective way of working is needed.
  • Ability to set realistic expectations, establish achievable timelines, and communicate delivery windows and tradeoffs clearly.
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic environment where priorities, requirements, and delivery approaches may evolve.
