Job Description:

Cloudera is looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide support to 2 members of the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

As an Executive Assistant you will:
  • Support 2 C-level executives
  • Heavy calendar management
  • Perform administrative duties and functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision-making
  • Manage travel- arrange air/lodging/transportation, craft and maintain itineraries for designated executives, process expense reports
  • Coordination and planning for meetings, conference calls and special events, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications, and catering managing within a budget
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff
  • Support of other executives as needed
  • Additional duties and projects, as assigned

  • Associate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of experience at a technology company preferred
  • Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
  • Strong capacity for self-initiative and proactiveness
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive and responsive attitude
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail with superior organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information
  • Ability to quickly learn/adopt new technologies
  • Proficient PC skills to include Gmail and Microsoft applications
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a variety of different people at all levels in the organization

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is:

Texas: $110,000- $125,000

Individual compensation within the published range is determined by the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and primary work location. In addition to base pay, sales roles are eligible for Cloudera's commission plan, while non-sales roles are eligible for the corporate incentive plan. All employees receive a comprehensive benefits package.
