Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the
Chief Executive Officer, the
Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO & Executive Leadership Team by delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing detailed reports, and facilitating seamless communication within the leadership team. By ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled with precision and care, the Executive Assistant will enable leadership to focus on driving innovation and achieving strategic goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities - Coordinate with the CEO & leadership team members to ensure effective communication and task follow up.
- Manage travel plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with program timelines and leadership commitments.
- Serve as the first point of contact, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing, record keeping, and document management systems.
- Manage communications, prioritizing and responding to messages promptly.
- Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and memos, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure secure storage of confidential documents.
- Promote professionalism and excellence within the the leadership team and greater organization.
- Comply with company policies and security protocols in all administrative practices.
- Foster strong working relationships and coordinate cross functional initiatives that support program objectives.
- Adapt to evolving needs and take on new responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree a plus)
- 5+ years of Executive Administrative experience
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines
- Flexibility in working hours
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Thorough attention to details
- Self-motivated but able to collaborate as a team
- Strong knowledge of all clerical activities and duties
- Excellent people skills to interact positively with all internal and external parties

- U.S. Person or lawful permanent resident to comply with U.S. government space technology export regulations.
Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Salary Range
$80,000-$110,000 USD
