Overview
We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and join Allison’s fast-moving team.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong sense of discretion. This role is pivotal in ensuring the CEO's time is managed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda preparation and providing follow-up.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Assist with project management and follow through on tasks to ensure completion.
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate special events and company initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Compensation
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $110K- $130K. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
