Full Job Description
The Executive Administrative Operations Lead serves as a trusted partner to senior Government Affairs leadership, providing high-level executive support and overseeing administrative operations for the Washington, DC office. This role supports multiple executives, manages complex calendars and competing priorities, coordinates high-profile meetings and events, and ensures leaders are prepared through the development of agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and executive communications.

The position works closely with executive leadership, government officials, external stakeholders, and internal business partners, requiring exceptional professionalism, discretion, and judgment. This individual will play a critical role in managing executive priorities, coordinating leadership visits and events, supporting departmental SharePoint resources, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

In addition to executive support responsibilities, the role provides leadership and oversight of administrative staff and serves as a key point of contact for internal and external partners. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, executive presence, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience preparing presentations, agendas, briefing materials, and executive communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate large-scale meetings, executive visits, and special events.
  • Previous experience managing office operations and administrative functions.
  • *Experience directly supervising or leading administrative support staff.
  • Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with discretion.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 86,500 - 144,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
