The Multimarket Business Group (MBG) is one of Marvell's core business units, delivering the semiconductor solutions, software, and platforms that power a broad range of end markets — including storage, carrier, enterprise networking, security, and automotive. Cary Ussery leads MBG Engineering as Senior Vice President, overseeing a global engineering organization spanning software and firmware development, quality assurance, platform execution, hardware validation, and customer solutions. The team's work directly impacts products that generate a significant portion of Marvell's revenue, and its software and solutions support both MBG and Marvell's broader Custom Cloud Solutions portfolio. With teams distributed across the US, India, Israel, and beyond, MBG Engineering operates at scale across multiple time zones and product lines, requiring strong cross-functional coordination and executive-level partnership.

Corporate CTO Office — Noam Mizrahi, EVP & Corporate CTO

The Corporate CTO Office is Marvell's center of technology vision and long-term innovation strategy. Noam Mizrahi, Executive Vice President and Corporate Chief Technology Officer, reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for defining and advancing Marvell's technology roadmap across the full span of the company's semiconductor portfolio. The CTO Office partners with business units and customers to explore advanced technologies — including AI, silicon photonics, CXL, and next-generation data center architectures — and empowers Marvell's global technical community through programs focused on innovation, knowledge sharing, and leadership development. Noam is a recognized industry thought leader and represents Marvell at major technology conferences and customer engagements worldwide.

Together, these two organizations represent the intersection of Marvell's engineering execution and technology strategy — operating at the highest levels of the company and engaging with executives, customers, and cross-functional partners on a daily basis.

What You Can Expect

• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings in collaboration with other executive administrators
• Manage executive calendars
• Coordinate and book domestic and international travel
• Process expense reports
• Provide general administrative support to the storage team including assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining contact lists, assisting guests, arranging catering for meetings/events, ordering and maintaining office supplies and creating/executing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• Coordinate regular team events and activities to aid in building team camaraderie and morale
• Answer and manage incoming calls and requests
• Liase with internal staff at all levels

What We're Looking For

• Experience working as an executive administrative environment support VPs and above.
• Work experience in a high-tech company working in the silicon or software space.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with high degree of discretion and sensitivity.
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

39 - 59, $ per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
