Full Job Description

Are you energized by building AI-first products that change how thousands of colleagues work?

Do you enjoy pairing with engineers to ship fast, learn faster, and turn messy workflows into measurable outcomes?

LexisNexis is launching a company-wide effort to help more teams benefit from AI in a practical, consistent, and well-supported way. The program embeds small, dedicated, cross-functional teams directly with business domains to identify high-value opportunities and deliver reusable internal solutions that raise productivity, decision quality, and speed.

Our mission is straightforward: empower every employee at LexisNexis to leverage AI to move from human outcomes to superhuman outcomes.

We are hiring a Product Manager to join the team and lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of internal, employee-facing AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal “customer” teams to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and jobs to be done, then translate them into clear product opportunities.
  • Create and manage a prioritized roadmap of high-impact use cases, balancing speed, feasibility, risk, and reusability across domains.
  • Define success metrics and reporting for each solution, including adoption and satisfaction measures, and use that data to iterate quickly.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery in an agile operating model, partnering daily with engineers and domain stakeholders.
  • Help define “AI-first product development” by applying modern tools, workflows, and ways of working across the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Scale impact beyond your team. Document patterns, components, and artifacts; share learnings; and partner with internal enablement to make solutions discoverable and reusable enterprisewide.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience delivering software products in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery, define crisp problems, and convert ambiguity into prioritized roadmaps and shipped outcomes.
  • Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools and modern AI product concepts and have the ability to keep up to date on the latest technical and product related advances.
  • Experience building or product-managing AI-enabled workflow tools, agents, and/or automation systems, especially in an enterprise context.
  • Strong partnership mindset with engineering leaders and individual contributors, including comfort making pragmatic tradeoffs.
  • Experience defining metrics and using data to drive product decisions and iteration cycles.
  • Have demonstrable success delivering complex, multi-team initiatives at scale.
  • Be able to work collaboratively across matrixed, cross-functional product and tech organizations and engage with different levels of seniority
  • Strong discovery craft. Skilled at framing problems, mapping workflows, quantifying impact, and validating solutions rapidly with stakeholders; comfortable balancing speed and rigor.
  • Enterprise collaboration. Success working across matrixed organizations with senior leaders and frontline teams; excellent communication and changemanagement skills.
