Position Summary
The ES Office of Data (ES OOD) is the strategic data foundation for Salesforce's Global Employee Success (ES) Operations — championing trusted employee data, unified governance, HRIS security, and AI-ready data foundations that power seamless, intelligent hire-to-retire experiences.
We are seeking a self-driven ES Data Ops Integrations Sr. Analyst within the ES Office of Data — critical individual contributor role responsible for owning the end-to-end data integration strategy and execution that underpins Salesforce's most high-stakes annual people programs. This role will operate as an embedded SME and advisor, ensuring data fidelity across critical program cycles — often with zero-error tolerance.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Integration Strategy & Planning
* Define data integration requirements and lead cross-functional planning across complex HR program cycles — including G4G, Annual Compensation, H2 Promotions, Org Modeling, and M&A
* Evaluate data impacts, process changes, risks, and mitigation strategies across platforms and systems ahead of each program window
* Lead the end-to-end data integration strategy and execution for the Workday Limited Transactions Period (LTP) across multiple programs simultaneously
* Ensure shared understanding of data sequencing, metadata changes, and downstream system impacts across all partner teams
Program Execution & Exception Management
* Serve as the primary escalation point for LTP exception review — advising on business-critical change scenarios across manager transfers, statutory changes, relocations, corrections, and promotions
* Oversee end-to-end data readiness and seamless cutover for global ES programs, driving alignment and risk management across stakeholders
* Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardization of intake and escalation workflows
Mass Data Integrations & Governance
* Strategize high-volume Workday EIBs and mass load operations in support of all critical program cycles
* Assess pending transaction data and determine cancel vs. hold vs. complete decisions; execute approved mass actions in partnership with OOD Analyst support
* Contribute to the ES OOD's AI Readiness agenda by supporting data accessibility, integration integrity, and centralized data platform goals
Partner Enablement & Training
* Partner with Employee Success, BT/DET, HRIS, Product, Data Quality, Data Processing, and impacted COEs to align on integration timelines and program readiness
* Deliver targeted training and coaching to global partners on Workday and connected systems — serving as the go-to resource for complex troubleshooting and knowledge transfer
* Maintain and update playbooks, process documentation, canvases, and knowledge articles for all owned program areas — keeping them current and handoff-ready
Required Skills & Experience
* 6+ years of experience in HR data operations, HRIS analysis, or Workday data integration — with direct ownership of mass load execution and program data strategy
* Deep Workday expertise — hands-on experience with EIBs, mass loads, business process configuration, and Workday reporting
* Data integration & program strategy — demonstrated ability to define integration requirements and lead data operations for annual HR programs with strict timelines and zero-error standards
* Cross-functional coordination — proven ability to partner with HRBPs, COE program leads, Compensation Delivery, and BT/DET teams across a global, matrixed organization
* Analytical rigor — ability to assess pending transaction data, evaluate risk, and make clear and defensible recommendations under pressure
* Deep knowledge of employee lifecycle data, metadata governance, and HR system dependencies
* Clear communicator — able to translate complex data scenarios into simple, actionable guidance for Global ES Ops teams and program managers
* Documentation & process discipline — proven ability to maintain live playbooks, process canvases, and KT-ready documentation; this role is a critical institutional knowledge carrier
* Track record managing high-visibility programs with significant HR data impact across a global employee population
