The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $173,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Oversee the administration, configuration, and integration of ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC and S/4 HANA with Rise, Oracle).
- Lead the architecture, performance and reliability of the organization's ERP systems.
- Ensure system integrity, data security, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to ERP and Database platforms.
- Develop and enforce ERP and database governance policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to ERP support and database teams.
- Monitor system performance and user support metrics; implement improvements as needed.
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning for ERP and database systems.
- Stay current with ERP and database technology trends and recommend innovations.
- Implementation and management of ERP and Database system across the enterprise.
- Monthly SLA metrics collection and review.
- Investigation, communication, and resolution of SLA's compliance issues.
- Leadership of service-disruption events include root cause determination, customer(s) communication, and escalation to vendor and internal management teams.
- Development of the annual technology roadmap.
- Associate guidance, development, and supervision that includes structuring training and development plans to ensure growth and advancement.
Minimum Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ERP systems management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with SAP Basis and S/4 Hana with Rise environments or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of database administration (Hana, Oracle, SQL Server, Oracle, system architecture, and integration).
Preferred Education and Experience- Azure Database administration.
