This role is responsible for supporting the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment, analyzing business requirements and processes, mapping those requirements to SAP capabilities, and helping drive process improvements across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on functional experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in key operational business processes, excellent communication skills, and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day end-user support by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and driving timely resolution.
- Partner with business end users to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements and enhancements.
- Analyze current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions.
- Serve as an SAP functional resource in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain. (SAP MM/WM/SD).
- Work closely with the implementation partners and support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and deliver end-user training for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud processes and functionality.
- Create and maintain user guides, training materials, process documentation, and support documentation.
- Support data migration activities, including data validation, cleansing, and integrity checks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by recommending process enhancements, standardization opportunities, and system optimization initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience of implementation and/or support of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in SAP MM / WM/ SD processes.
- Experience with SAP configuration, business process design, testing, and end-user support.
- Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and related SAP implementation activities.
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or consumer products environment is a plus.
- SAP S/4HANA certifications are a plus.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 annually.
