Insight Global is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead our Latin America and Central Europe ERP systems through steady-state operations and drive the successful transition to Oracle Fusion. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing technical ERP team and acting as the primary liaison to Horizon, ensuring strong alignment between business strategy, system capabilities, and transformation goals. The ideal candidate will bring experience in ERP systems including NetSuite, SuiteProjects Pro, and Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM and CX modules), as well as strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills & Experience• 7+ years of ERP experience, including at least 3 years managing or leading technical ERP teams
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with HCM and CX modules
• Strong understanding of NetSuite, SuiteProjects Pro, and associated project-based financial workflows
• Demonstrated success leading or playing a key role in an ERP transformation or cloud migration
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to interface between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience working with external partners or vendors, ideally with a liaison or program manager capacity
