Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior ERP Functional Consultant with extensive Oracle Cloud Procurement experience to lead implementation, configuration, business process transformation, integration, and client engagement initiatives. The role requires deep expertise across Oracle Procurement Cloud modules, Oracle Business Network integrations, Redwood Self-Service Procurement, workflow approvals, reporting, and data migration activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement (Redwood UI), Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Contracts.
• Configure BPM approval workflows for the complete Requisition-to-PO lifecycle, including dynamic approval routing and First Responder configurations.
• Design and implement Oracle Business Network (OBN) integrations, including cXML Punchout Catalogs, purchase order transmission, and supplier connectivity solutions.
• Configure and extend Oracle Redwood Self-Service Procurement functionality using VBCS/VBS through UI personalization and page extensions.
• Develop and execute FBDI-based data migration strategies for blanket purchase agreements, supplier site associations, and catalog content across multiple business units.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize FBDI, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting solutions.
• Conduct current-state assessments and facilitate fit-gap workshops with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud Procurement configurations and functional specifications.
• Design future-state procurement processes covering requisitions, purchase orders, blanket agreements, supplier qualification, and contract management.
• Provide guidance on Oracle Cloud quarterly release features, including Redwood migration, GenAI capabilities, and Oracle Business Network enhancements.
• Collaborate with integration teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions supporting procure-to-pay processes and alignment with Payables and General Ledger.
• Troubleshoot interface failures across OBN, FBDI, and BI Publisher environments, perform root cause analysis, and document preventive actions.
• Support configuration deployments through CI/CD processes and version control tools.
• Serve as the primary functional resource for procurement-related workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants and offshore team members while ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test scripts, and support go-live and post-production activities.
• Develop and maintain solution design documentation, configuration workbooks, training materials, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of Oracle Applications experience.
• Minimum three full-cycle Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud modules including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, and Contracts.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood UI and VBCS/VBS configurations.
• Experience configuring BPM workflow approvals, sandbox environments, and Oracle Business Network supplier integrations.
• Strong knowledge of FBDI templates, OTBI subject areas, and BI Publisher report development.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly release cycles and feature adoption planning.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle Cloud modules including Inventory, Product Data Hub (PDH), Order Management, and Payables.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Familiarity with Approval Management Engine (AME) and role-based access configuration.
• Experience using GitHub, SVN, CI/CD pipelines, ServiceNow, and HPQC.
• Industry experience within Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Chemicals, IT Services, or Public Sector environments.
