Job Summary:Seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Oracle EBS Financial modules and related business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle development experience with PL/SQL, integrations, and Oracle Financial modules, along with the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, optimize, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 Financial customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Support Oracle Financial modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and reports.
- Create reports using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and TOAD.
- Troubleshoot application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
- Develop and support interfaces using APIs, Web Services, and flat-file integrations.
- Coordinate application updates with database administrators.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support system testing, deployments, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Follow secure coding standards, change management processes, and IT governance policies.
- Collaborate with DBAs, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:- 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite Financials development experience.
- 7+ years developing PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, functions, and reports.
- 7+ years troubleshooting Oracle applications, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
- 7+ years supporting Oracle data migration and integrations using APIs, Web Services, and flat-file interfaces.
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules.
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and TOAD.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Work Arrangement:- On-site five days per week during the initial period.
- Hybrid schedule afterward:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: On-site
- Monday, Friday: Remote

- Must be able to work on-site as required.
- Must reside within the United States for the duration of the assignment.
