Sales Specialist - US Equities, North American Markets

As a Sales Specialist reporting to US Equities Head of Sales, you'll play a critical role in supporting Nasdaq Equities franchise through proactive client engagement and execution. By partnering with senior sales team members, you'll help drive incremental growth in our exchange businesses through data driven analysis, insights and market structure commentary. You will act as a key contact for our member firms and work to build a strong relationship, anchored by top class customer support.

You'll thrive in this position if you're an intellectually curious, detail oriented individual eager to learn the dynamics of US Equites Markets and Market Structure. You are an independent self-starter with strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and contribute.

Key Responsibilities
• Support Senior Sales team members in day-to-day coverage, providing market insights and ensuring consistent follow up with clients and partners leading to strong engagement.
• Enhance client relationships through responsive communication, reliable execution support and which leads to developing new and supporting existing client engagements.
• Contributes to franchise growth by identifying potential opportunities within client accounts and supporting the in executing team objectives and goals
• Ensure strong execution and team support by
• Works collaboratively across the North American Market division to support cross-asset initiatives and programs with a One Nasdaq mindset.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics and/or Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services or Financial Technology
• Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
• Proficiency in tools or platforms such as Salesforce, AWS Quicksite and Tableau
• Series 7 Licensed or in progress

Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, PMP).
• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.
• Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.

This position will be located in New York City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $88,000 - $154,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
