Salary range: $83,487.10 - $116,376.32 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Staff Onboarding & Training: Conduct hands-on training for providers, support staff, and front desk personnel onsite at our local Chicago practices.
  • Epic System Support: Assist with Epic upgrades and deliver local, on-site training to physicians and office teams. On call rotation is required.
  • Ticket Resolution: Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve end-user support tickets efficiently.
  • Multi-Specialty Coverage: Provide specialized support across Family, Primary, OB, and Specialty practices.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
    degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Must live in Chicago area.
  • 3 to 5 years Epic trainer experience.
  • Prior Provider Epic training experience.
