Enterprise Sales Executive - Rapaport Trade
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team.
Reporting directly to the CRO, the Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for driving complex B2B sales processes from start to finish, identifying strategic business opportunities and presenting Rapaport Trade's solutions to enterprise-level companies in the jewelry and diamond industry.
This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing, both remotely and in person
- Source, research and engage outbound enterprise leads
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across target organizations
- Identify and close new business opportunities within strategic markets
- Maintain weekly sales forecasts and consistently achieve quota targets
- Present Rapaport Trade's solutions using consultative and value-based sales approaches
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with enterprise clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product and customer success teams
- Manage all sales activity through Salesforce.com
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise or SaaS sales experience
- Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling digital platforms, marketplaces or technology solutions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, process-driven and goal-oriented
- Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
