Full Job Description
WorkWave is looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer to play a key role in driving sales by supporting our Account Executives and Account Managers with the technical positioning of our Wavelytics software solutions. As a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, you'll ensure they fully grasp the value and functionality of our solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Act as the product and sales subject matter expert for Wavelytics, supporting Account Executives and Account Managers across the entire sales cycle to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations showcasing Wavelytics' suite - including Data Factory, Intelligence Hub Dashboards, and Ask WAIve AI agents.
  • Position Wavelytics' competitive differentiators including pre-packaged field services data models, near real-time data access, and conversational AI workflows.
  • Partner with key accounts to maximize product adoption and value realization, leveraging successful customer outcomes to build case studies and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to feed frontline client feedback into the product roadmap, driving feature adoption, customer retention, and ARR growth.
  • Create and maintain technical sales playbooks and demo environments aligned with ongoing product updates and enhancements.
  • Address client queries surrounding cloud data security, enterprise privacy standards, data governance, and AI best practices.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 3+ years of sales engineering experience supporting enterprise deals across Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or AI/ML solutions, with primary expertise in Snowflake and Sigma preferred.
  • Aptitude to translate complex Decision Intelligence, Generative AI, predictive analytics into business value for customer stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate a compelling strategic vision and present complex data to executive-level client stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of building quick rapport, evaluating complex customer requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that demonstrate clear business ROI.


$120,000 - $200,000 a year

The final offer will be dependent on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and the organization's budget. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide more information about the compensation package for this position during the interview process.
