THE TEAM

The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our ERM Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the seamless integration of ERM-related priorities, programs, initiatives, and events in alignment with our growth plans. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Retail ERM Integration for new boutique openings (NBOs), you will support with representing ERM cross-functionally and collaborating with business partners to ensure effective implementation and operation of ERM-related initiatives for NBOs. THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Retail ERM Integration, you will support with:

  • Facilitating the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of ERM-related work for NBOs
  • Ensuring that the most important NBO risk programs are realized perfectly
  • Project managing or being the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives
  • Seamlessly executing the integration of NBOs
  • Integrating new infrastructure into and out of ERM
  • Ensuring department tools support business needs
  • Connecting and organizing the ERM department with business-driven, simple, and relevant information

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst / Analyst, Retail ERM Integration, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in ERM

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000–$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
