THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our ERM Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the seamless integration of ERM-related priorities, programs, initiatives, and events in alignment with our growth plans. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Retail ERM Integration for new boutique openings (NBOs), you will support with representing ERM cross-functionally and collaborating with business partners to ensure effective implementation and operation of ERM-related initiatives for NBOs. THE ROLE
As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Retail ERM Integration, you will support with:
- Facilitating the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of ERM-related work for NBOs
- Ensuring that the most important NBO risk programs are realized perfectly
- Project managing or being the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives
- Seamlessly executing the integration of NBOs
- Integrating new infrastructure into and out of ERM
- Ensuring department tools support business needs
- Connecting and organizing the ERM department with business-driven, simple, and relevant information
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Analyst / Analyst, Retail ERM Integration, has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in ERM
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000–$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
