Role Overview

As a Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, working closely with CHROs, CFOs, and business leaders to address critical workforce and talent challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • In parallel, you will lead large, complex client engagements spanning multiple geographies and workstreams. These engagements require strong program leadership, coordination across multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to delivery excellence. Your work will include the design and implementation of global job architecture and career frameworks, position profiles, job evaluation, and market benchmarking. You will advise clients on pay competitiveness and help design data-driven compensation structures aligned to market conditions and internal equity.
  • You will also lead the development of base pay structures and incentive programs, including the design and alignment of short- and long-term incentives. In doing so, you will balance strategic objectives with governance, regulatory, and operational considerations. Your work will extend to rewards governance design and the integration of reward programs into HR systems and broader technology platforms to ensure sustainability and scalability.
  • Beyond traditional rewards, you will contribute to broader enterprise transformation initiatives, helping clients develop forward-looking roadmaps that align rewards with talent and workforce strategies, including organizational design, operating model evolution, and the transition toward skills-based organizations. You will advise on emerging topics such as AI-enabled workforce strategies, job and skills design, talent assessment, and workforce planning.
  • The role also includes supporting clients in using people analytics and advancing pay transparency and pay equity strategies-critical components of modern, high-performing and equitable organizations.
  • As a senior leader, you will guide and inspire large, cross-geography teams, building strong internal networks and fostering collaboration across teams. You will play a key role in developing talent within the practice, mentoring team members, and reinforcing a culture of excellence, inclusion, and client focus.
  • The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in human capital consulting, with deep expertise in rewards and total rewards strategy, and a proven track record of leading multifaceted global engagements and driving business growth. You will demonstrate strong executive presence, critical thinking, and skill in influencing senior collaborators in complex environments. Commercial acumen, combined with the ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results, is essential.
  • This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of enterprise rewards and workforce transformation. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with the platform and resources to make a significant impact with clients and in the market.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Extensive experience in total rewards consulting or senior in-house rewards leadership within large, complex, or global organizations. You have a proven track record advising C-suite and Boards.
  • Demonstrated success originating, leading, and closing complex, multi-year consulting engagements and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets with enterprise-scale clients.
  • Deep expertise in global total rewards strategy, program development, analytics, and governance, including experience with large-scale employee-focused research and survey methodologies.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and commercial skills, with the ability to translate complex data and modeling into clear, enterprise-relevant narratives and arguments.
