Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager - Executive (10440)
Location: Cayce, SC (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide IT modernization initiatives, including system integrations, application migrations, and platform transitions.
  • Direct cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Operations teams across full project lifecycles.
  • Drive DevOps practices, including backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, and CI/CD pipeline coordination.
  • Conduct current-state vs future-state assessments, fit-gap analysis, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee modernization of Financial and Administrative systems, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
  • Develop strategic technology recommendations for leadership, including architecture alignment and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and change management standards.
  • Manage stakeholder communication at executive levels and provide project status reporting.
