Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale IT modernization or upgrade initiatives involving multi-system integration and migrations.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional technical teams throughout the full SDLC.
• 5+ years experience in DevOps environments, including user stories and CI/CD processes.
• 5+ years working with modern front-end frameworks like Angular.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Power Platform for application development and integration.
• 5+ years performing fit-gap analysis and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• 5+ years experience in Financial and Administrative application modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide IT modernization initiatives, overseeing system integrations and application migrations.
• Direct cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and Operations throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive DevOps practices, managing user stories, backlogs, and sprint planning.
• Conduct current-state vs future-state assessments and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee the modernization of Financial and Administrative systems for optimal performance and scalability.
• Develop strategic technology recommendations, ensuring alignment with architecture and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and change management standards.
• Manage stakeholder communications at the executive level, providing project status updates.
