The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordinating, and management of cost, schedule and performance of all aspects of complex engineering projects and tasks related to Zero Trust. The Project Manager will serve as the technical point of contact for the Program Manager directly contributing to program efforts in several areas including schedule, deliverable status updates, and risk identification and mitigation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager with allocation of resources
- Direct and mentor project team members to provide effective and efficient technical deliverables and engineering plans
- Document system and process project improvements
- Provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet outcomes
- Review risk and risk mitigation activities and provide mitigation strategies and plans
- Develop Work Breakdown structures, Project Plans, and Project Schedules and Milestones
- Provide detailed tracking of project requirements
- Manage personnel management of technical project teams
Qualifications:
Required:
- 8 years of experience conducting technical requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting for technical projects and contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university
- 6 years of additional program management experience of similar scope, type, and complexity with the Federal Government may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workflow Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program Management

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$109,800 - $241,600
