The Enterprise Project Manager serves as a flexible enterprise resource and execution lead for the company's highest-priority cross-functional projects, partnering across all business units. This role operates beyond traditional project management. The Enterprise Project Manager serves as a neutral enterprise partner, who flexes between tactical oversight, cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and hands-on execution based on the needs of the initiative. We are looking to add an Enterprise Project Manager to our team!  LOCATION: Fully Remote  REPORTS TO: Group Chief of Staff  PAY: $110,000 - $125,000/ annually + 10% Bonus  CORE RESPONSIBILITES:   • Own the execution of approved enterprise priorities from planning through implementation and adoption.  • Lead complex technology, operational, process improvement, and organizational implementation of projects across business units and functions.  • Develop and manage project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.  • Coordinate across all business units; DP Holdings (Group), DP 4-Wall, and Yourgi to ensure alignment and execution.  • Monitor project progress through tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive updates.  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, change management, testing, rollout, and adoption to ensure initiatives achieve intended business outcomes.  • Increase enterprise project capacity by driving multiple high-priority initiatives forward concurrently and reducing project backlog.  REQUIREMENTS:   Education & Experience:   • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.   • 5+ years of project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.   • Demonstrated success managing complex projects from initiation through implementation.   • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.   • Proficiency with project management methodologies.  PERKS:  • Health, vision, dental, long & short-term disability, and Life insurance   • A Startup mentality company with stable funding  • 401k match   • Pet Care discounts   • Flexible Time Off  • Opportunity to grow your career with a network of like-minded professionals
