Full Job Description
The Role:

The Enterprise Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that support strategic business objectives across technology, operations, finance, human resources, compliance, and other enterprise functions. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope while partnering with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to drive successful outcomes. The Enterprise Project Manager ensures effective governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to coordinate project activities, manage resources, and drive successful implementation of technology and operational initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, risk mitigation strategies, and governance processes while proactively managing project scope, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership through regular reporting and presentations.
  • Promote project management best practices by supporting quality assurance, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and successful project closeout activities.

This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per month.

Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, including enterprise IT initiatives such as system implementations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or digital transformation projects; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred; PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
  • Experience managing enterprise IT project portfolios using Jira and other project management tools, with a strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with technical and business teams.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:

$101,816-$122,814 USD
