About The Job

 THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED IN MILWAUKEE, WI.

As an Enterprise Insights Specialist – Field Research, you will help transform field insights into actionable intelligence that drives profitable growth and strategic decision-making. This role combines research operations, project management, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure insights are accessible, actionable, and effectively leveraged across the organization.

You will support a portfolio of field research initiatives, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to aid in executing custom and community research, maintaining research operations, and help to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, self-motivated professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives while helping teams make smarter insight-led decisions.

In this role you will leverage various tools and platforms including AI to enhance insight discoverability, preventing redundant work and driving efficiencies across the Field team. You will work closely with the research library specialist and manage any other organizational knowledge sources ensuring teams can easily find, connect, and apply existing insights to business challenges.

In addition, you will collaborate across functions to maintain and enhance our field panel, improve operational processes, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the Field and Enterprise Insights team.  You will help the team work with data and tracking through our PowerBI, Qualtrics, and Jira platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Help track and coordinate field research projects from intake through delivery.
  • Track research initiatives, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain and enhance research repositories, knowledge management systems, and insight-sharing processes.
  • Leverage AI and other technology solutions to improve insight discoverability and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support research planning, execution, and implementation.
  • Maintain field research panels, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and enhance team effectiveness.
  • Help connect research findings across studies to create a broader understanding of field needs, behaviors, and opportunities.

Skills You Have:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience/knowledge desired in consumer insights, research & project management.
  • Direct to consumer (B2C) and direct to advisors (B2B) category experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Qualtrics and PowerBI.
  • Exposure and experience to custom research methodologies such as concept testing, communications evaluation and syndicated data collection/research.
  • Expertise using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word and syndicated tools for project tracking.
  • Strong technical market research skills that include; quantitative, qualitative, primary, and secondary.
  • Degree in business, marketing, social sciences, statistics or related field.
  • Strong organizational and knowledge management skills
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Financial Services Experience Not Required; but must have, or acquire soon after, intimate knowledge of NM field, markets, clients and products.
  • Able to be both strategic and tactical, with strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills. Ability to unite key colleagues and cross-functional partners by gaining trust through demonstrating business expertise.
  • Acts in the best interest of the field / consumer / clients and the company.

$70,320.00

Pay Range - End:

$105,480.00

$77,360.00 USD - $116,040.00 USD

Structure 115:


$80,880.00 USD - $121,320.00 USD
