Enterprise Digital & IT Lead (SSO - Location: Irvine, CA)

Position Summary

The Enterprise Digital & IT Lead supports the development and management of Information Technology systems or services. Assists business unit implementation of such systems and services.

Scope/ Supervision and Interaction:

Works with Division staff and other Corporate I/T staff under the direction and guidance of Enterprise management. Supervises project leaders and technical analysts. Maintains operational relationships with vendors and Parker locations.

Essential Functions:
  • Implements, maintains, and supports IT systems and services to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Develop standards for IT systems and services to promote flexibility, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Creates training materials and provides education to users of IT systems and services.
  • Communicates the value and benefits of technology systems to improve user understanding and adoption.
  • Leads the planning, scheduling, development, and implementation of IT capabilities.
  • Identifies deficiencies in IT systems and recommends solutions and improvements.
  • Trains, coaches, and develop staff responsible for supporting IT systems.
  • Provides guidance to employees on personal development needs and growth opportunities.
  • Provides management with recommendations regarding personnel, hardware, and software needs to maintain appropriate levels of systems and services across the corporation.
  • Identifies organizational issues and recommends modifications or improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

This position may be assigned to one or more key information technology disciplines and/or service areas, including but not limited to:

Run the Business (RTB): Support day-to-day Aftermarket business operations

Develop and support the strategic roadmap for Aftermarket applications

Manage project intake and delivery frameworks

Support and enhance the sales digital ecosystem

Support financial systems

Support engineering systems, including CAD, CAM, and PDM platforms

Support business systems, including MSS and AMAPS

Support strategic technology initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BA) in Information Systems or related field.

Eight or more years of experience in IT, including at least five years in a senior project leadership or management role. Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management.

  • Pay Range: $122910 to $215170 annually
