Job Description

The Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for supporting reporting and analytics initiatives across BOKF. This position works with a team of analysts and business partners to deliver management insights and leads report development and analysis projects in support of business objectives.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will lead report development projects with a focus on effective visualization, design, and automation.
  • You will manage the business requirements collection and documentation to effectively translate business needs into meaningful reports and insights.
  • You will ensure primary stakeholders understand how to use reports through demonstrations and creation of supporting tools.
  • You will recommend reporting improvements and lead the corresponding development efforts to enhance existing reporting.
  • You will manage reporting routines and coordinate with business partners on delivery and issue resolution
  • You will research and communicate the latest advancements in Power BI and other data visualization tools.


Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline and 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three years of direct experience with BI visualization tools and their implementation, ideally PowerBI or similar tools such as Tableau or Qlik
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Solid understanding of design principles and aesthetics of business dashboards, data visualization and reports
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and effectively communicate trends and insights
  • Must be able to define, shape, and drive projects to completion independently while effectively collaborating with others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work ethic and the ability to work well individually as well as in cross-functional project teams
  • Basic database understanding and data modelling is a plus
