JOB SUMMARY
Enterprise Architect who bridges high-level technology strategy and hands-on execution. Drive digital transformation by governing cross-platform integrations, authentications, and data migrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between core systems like Workday, Salesforce (SFDC), and Microsoft O365. Responsible for integrations, authentications and data migrations. Will work with BA's for hands-on connects with users. Familiarity with core applications Workday, SFDC, O365. EA oversight across devices, applications, networks, Identity, O365. Establish dependencies and risks. Validate alignment with Wave 1, Wave 2 and Wave 3 plans.
Key Responsibilities
System Integration & Architecture: Oversee the technical architecture across networks, applications, and devices. Ensure scalable, API-led integrations between Workday, Salesforce (SFDC), and Microsoft O365.
Identity & Access Management: Govern identity lifecycles and authentication protocols across technology stack.
Data Migration Oversight: Design secure, compliant, and zero-downtime data migration frameworks.
Business Alignment: Partner directly with Business Analysts (BAs) for hands-on, persona-based discovery and requirements gathering with end-users.
Risk & Dependency Mapping: Establish technical dependencies, evaluate risks, and put mitigation strategies in place.
Release Governance: Validate that all architectural designs and implementation timelines fully align with phased Wave 1, Wave 2, and Wave 3 deployment plans.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on Platform Expertise: 8+ years of deep working knowledge of core applications: Workday, Salesforce (SFDC), and Microsoft O365.
Enterprise Architecture Framework: 5+ years of proven ability to define transitional and strategic target state architectures.
Soft Skills & Leadership: 5+ years of executive presence with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business terms for stakeholders.
Mandatory Industry experience required: Life sciences
