Enterprise Applications Administrator, you will support the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of Dentalcorp's enterprise applications. You will administer and configure business-critical systems, troubleshoot issues, support releases and enhancements, and help ensure users have secure, dependable access to the tools they need.

In This Role, You Will- Administer, configure, monitor, and support enterprise applications to ensure reliable performance, secure access, and a positive user experience.
- Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, data issues, integrations, and user-reported problems, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, or managed service providers as needed.
- Support upgrades, releases, patches, enhancements, configuration changes, testing, implementation, and post-release monitoring.
- Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, workflows, access models, procedures, issue resolutions, testing, and change records.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, support onboarding and training, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to Technology initiatives.
- Follow incident, problem, change, release, security, and vendor management processes, including after-hours support when required.
What You'll Bring- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience administering, supporting, or configuring enterprise applications in a corporate environment is required.
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience troubleshooting application issues, supporting configurations, access, permissions, workflows, security processes, releases, upgrades, testing, and implementations.
- Strong understanding of incident, service request, problem, change, and release management practices, with familiarity with ITIL considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business teams, Technology partners, and external vendors.
- Experience with integrations, data validation, reporting, cloud-based enterprise applications, or multi-site healthcare/dental environments is considered an asset.
The salary range for this position is $87,000 CAD to $103,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 10% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
You will be based at our
Toronto Support Centre, located at
181 Bay Street in the heart of Toronto's financial district. This position will be on site from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays designated as work-from-home days.
