About the role
As Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own a named book of North American enterprise accounts and turn existing YOLO adoption into meaningful commercial revenue. YOLO is the world's most popular computer vision model, and it is already running inside many of your accounts.

This is a strategic, multithreaded role focused on landing and expanding enterprise customers. You'll manage longer sales cycles, larger deals, more stakeholders, and higher stakes - moving complex opportunities forward with speed, discipline, and commercial judgment.

You'll work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Legal, and Product to prove value, navigate enterprise requirements, and build a repeatable land-and-expand motion. This role is ideal for a resilient, technically capable seller who can build access to power and deliver consistent results.

What you'll do
Account ownership & growth
  • Own a named book of North American enterprise accounts from strategy through close and expansion.
  • Build account plans, identify whitespace, and grow ACV and lifetime value.
  • Convert strong inbound demand into qualified opportunities and run disciplined outbound to complete your pipeline.
  • Land initial deals, then expand into new teams, use cases, and budgets.

Enterprise sales execution
  • Multithread every opportunity across users, champions, technical stakeholders, economic buyers, and procurement.
  • Run rigorous discovery and qualification across fit, pain, impact, timing, and commercial potential.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation, contracting, security review, procurement, and signature.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal strategy in our CRM.

Cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to connect YOLO capabilities to customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to drive adoption, renewals, and account expansion.
  • Document what works in complex accounts and help turn it into a repeatable enterprise playbook.

Skills and experience
Core requirements
  • Proven success carrying and exceeding a mid-market or enterprise sales quota.
  • Experience closing complex B2B technology deals with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
  • Strong multithreading skills, including access to economic buyers and deliberate champion building.
  • Excellent qualification judgment, commercial negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to explain technical products and business value to both operators and executives.
  • Comfort navigating legal, security, procurement, and enterprise contracting processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, ownership, resilience, and urgency.
  • Passion for AI, computer vision, open source, and the Ultralytics ecosystem.

Nice to have
  • Experience selling AI, developer tools, machine learning, computer vision, or cloud technology.
  • Familiarity with YOLO documentation and technical buying journeys.
  • Track record of land-and-expand growth across named enterprise accounts.
  • Experience working with inbound-led sales motions and disciplined outbound prospecting.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or globally distributed technology company.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and technical evaluation processes.

  • Build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain high standards through complex deals.
  • Combine strategic account planning with hands-on execution.
  • Value excellence, grit, and creativity in equal measure.
  • See collaboration as the foundation for meaningful progress.
