Qualifications- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience of 3-4 years preferred
- Refrigeration, HVAC certification or journeyman level experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience of 3-5 years
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, preventative maintenance systems and all related disciplines
- Basic computer skills, administrative skills
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and other employees
- Valid driver's license preferred
