About the job

Within the GeminiApp organization, the Gemini Android and Chrome Integrations team is focused on making the Gemini experience ambient across all surfaces. By deeply embedding Gemini into the Android OS, and the Chrome platform, we are able to meet users where they are, allowing them to invoke their Gemini assistant without being distracted from their current task.

In this role, you will lead a newly forming team working on scaling innovations from GenAI into enterprise surfaces. You will manage and provide technical direction for a small team of engineers, partnering closely with Google Cloud to steer and build agent development and infrastructure projects. You will work on the boundary of GenAI research and Cloud infrastructure, shaping how agents are built, hosted, and deployed for enterprise use cases. You will spend most of your time directly contributing to architecture and code while guiding your team across projects like Gemini Spark (Sobi) and Antigravity, on components like agent memory and skills, and on future projects developed in collaboration between GenAI and Cloud.

You will be passionate about leading and building a high-impact engineering team while remaining direct in technical design and coding. You will develop deep collaborations with other teams around Google to develop common goals and deliver impactful results. Working across research, infrastructure, and product to deliver the latest AI innovations to the world, you will deeply understand the engineering challenges of both research and enterprise-facing stacks. Additionally, you will also build and use agents, and explore the latest agentic developments inside and outside of Google.
