Job Overview & ResponsibilitiesThis position is a Design Representative opportunity within the Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) organization. The candidate will have the ability to work with engineers to develop CAD products and to package and release CNs. This role is responsible for generating and supporting the CAD work needed to release the designs of hardware systems for Atlas and Vulcan launch vehicles as well as the Ground Electrical Instrumentation System (Data Acquisition System). Additionally, this role packages and manages CNs through the change management process and creates content for standard parts libraries. While most of the work is electrical in nature, spacial awareness is needed to stack and lay out items in 3D environments. This position is resident to the Denver metro area and travel will be minimal, if any.

Basic Qualifications• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in CAD.
• General understanding of electrical and mechanical layout drawings and schematics.
• Experience with various CAD and change management software.
• General ability to review, edit, and modify parts lists and technical drawings.
• Experience working in 2D, 3D, and with BOMs (Bill of Materials).
• Understanding of basic cable design/layout and harness design/modeling and schematics.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with AutoCAD, NX, Teamcenter, and BlueBeam or similar software.
- Associates degree in a related field.
- Demonstrable communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience working independently while being a productive and collaborative team member.
- Candidates are self-motivated with demonstrated skills during past work experience regarding their initiative, teamwork, soft skills, and reliability.
- Knowledge of GD&T principles.
- Experience with several of the following:
- Electrical and mechanical layouts.
- General circuits and instrumentation.
- JIRA, Confluence.
- Hardware selection and procurement.
Summary Salary Range (for ULA - Denveronly): $67,648.00 - $112,746.00
