  • Conduct hands-on experimental work in lab, engineering, and manufacturing settings
  • Support troubleshooting and investigative work either independently or as part of a team to meet business objectives
  • Communicate project status, findings, and recommendations through clear documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, process equipment, and materials needed for ongoing diagnostic work

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working in laboratory, experimental, or test environments
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to plan work, stay organized, and deliver results on time

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience with MATLAB for image analysis and/or data analysis
  • Knowledge of light science, including photon scattering or wave-based optics concepts such as refraction and diffraction
  • Experience with sensors or measurement devices such as pressure transducers or thermocouples
  • Experience assembling laboratory-scale gas or liquid flow systems, including mass flow controllers and pressure regulators
