Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering or related field, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and principles.
• Ability to adapt techniques and apply diagnostic tools while ensuring safety compliance.
• Quick learner who applies new concepts accurately in evolving settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• EIT certification and ability to obtain DoD security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve routine engineering problems using technical knowledge.
• Conduct functional testing of equipment and systems per industry principles.
• Obtain and interpret test data to inform project decisions.
• Document findings and solutions, communicating them to engineering staff.
• Present technical information to project teams as necessary.
• Provide guidance to design staff or technicians when required.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information per company policy.
