Responsibilities - Develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases for ServiceNow applications and modules. - Validate ServiceNow integrations through API testing using industry-leading tools such as Postman and SOAP UI. - Collaborate closely with development teams across multiple time zones to ensure high-quality software releases. - Utilize test management tools like JIRA and HP ALM for tracking, defect management, and reporting. - Participate in the ServiceNow development lifecycle, including update set migration and release validation. - Leverage scripting knowledge to create and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and flows within ServiceNow. - Champion quality best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement. Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 4 years of software testing and development experience, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. - Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as ATF, Selenium, or similar. - Proficient in manual and automated testing of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, Service Catalogs, and ITOM. - Experience with test management tools: JIRA, HP ALM. - Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Flow Designer. - Familiarity with offshore-onshore delivery models and working across global teams. - ITIL v3/v4 certification. Preferred Skills - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. - Advanced experience with ServiceNow development lifecycle and update set migration. - Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
