Job DescriptionBAE Systems is seeking a self-motivated and career-focused Engineering Technologist II to join our team in support of USN/BMD Programs. As a USN/BMD Baseline Coordinator, you will provide independent engineering and technical support to the U.S. Government Project Lead, working collaboratively with a team of engineers, technologists, and military veterans. This role requires a strong understanding of the US Navy's AEGIS Computer Program Baseline development process and experience with Digital Analytic Engineering tools and principles.
Required Skills and Education- Experience in planning and management at the project level
- Understanding of the US Navy's AEGIS Computer Program Baseline development process
- Familiarity with Digital Analytic Engineering tools and principles (desirable)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar; OR equivalent experience (AEGIS Veteran)
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn and work well with others
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
