This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Required Skills and Education- BSEE+ with 10+ years and commensurate experience leading engineering teams
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and productivity metrics to ensure efficient team performance
- Experience leading a team to include, but are not limited to: Electrical and Mechanical engineers, technicians, designers, and PCB layout (Multi-disciplinary)
- Experience with design and development of products and services
- Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
Preferred Skills and Education- Current DoD Security Clearance
- Experience implementing established Hardware Engineering design processes to achieve product quality and consistency
- Sound interpersonal communication skills involving interfacing with company personnel, customers, and suppliers
- Experience supporting new business capture and proposal teams with development of hardware engineering cost/schedule estimates
- Ability to develop and implement design solutions, processes, and systems within budget and schedule requirements
- Knowledge/experience with complex electrical and printed circuit board designs & developments
- Knowledge/experience with opto-mechanical designs & developments
- Knowledge/experience with missile seeker development
- Experience with lasers, optics, and/or related IR technologies
- Experience with RF technologies design
- Experience designing for manufacturability
- Experience with Model Based Engineering (MBE)
- Experience with Agile development processes
- Certification for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) project management technique
