This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is excited by complex systems, eager to learn quickly, and motivated to help transform how engineering and program teams work together in a modern digital environment. The selected candidate will support initiatives spanning MBSE, digital engineering, data integration, process modernization, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.

This position offers significant exposure to enterprise-level strategy, modern engineering tools and infrastructure, and the opportunity to help define next-generation digital ecosystem capabilities across engineering, program management, manufacturing, mission assurance, and operations.
The Engineering, Science and Analysis (ESA) Strategic Capabilities Unit comprises the technical talent and organizational leadership that enables the successful delivery of high-impact discriminating technologies for our customers' missions. • Collaborate across engineering, IT, program management, manufacturing, and other business functions to support integrated digital workflows.
  • Support organizational change management activities, communications, training, and user engagement efforts.
  • Participate in development of standards, best practices, and reusable patterns for digital engineering implementation.
  • Help evaluate and prototype emerging technologies related to AI, automation, MBSE, data management, and digital transformation.
  • Support preparation of technical briefings, demonstrations, metrics, and communications for leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Learn and grow within a highly collaborative team focused on enterprise modernization and innovation.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

Working Conditions:
