About the Role:
Corus is looking for an Endpoint Management Engineer to support enterprise endpoint management operations across all Corus locations. Reporting within the IT Systems and Operations function, this role is responsible for application packaging and deployment, patching and remediation, endpoint compliance monitoring, configuration and policy enforcement, and operational support to ensure endpoints remain secure, compliant, reliable, and audit-ready

You will contribute by:

  • Packaging, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications across managed endpoints to support reliable enterprise software delivery.
  • Supporting operating system and third-party application patching, vulnerability remediation, and related endpoint security activities
  • Monitoring endpoint compliance, deployment success rates, remediation progress, and reporting accuracy to strengthen audit readiness and operational visibility.
  • Enforcing endpoint configuration standards, management policies, and secure operating practices across laptops, desktops, and other managed devices.
  • Investigating and resolving endpoint management issues, deployment failures, patching exceptions, and compliance gaps in partnership with IT operations, cybersecurity, and support teams.

Skills and experience you bring:
  • Hands-on experience in endpoint management operations, including application deployment, patching, remediation, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security, device configuration, operating system and third-party patching, and vulnerability remediation processes.
  • Experience with modern endpoint management platforms and tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/Configuration Manager, BigFix, or equivalent technologies.
  • Ability to analyze compliance data, prepare accurate operational reporting, and support audit, cybersecurity, and service management requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams and support stakeholders.
